This deployment, based on advanced Anti-DDoS technologies and network-level optimizations, delivers:

• TTM >1s, enabling fast and effective DDoS attack response.

• Automatic FlowSpec deployment for attacks exceeding 30 seconds, improving mitigation during prolonged attacks.

• XDP-based filtering, significantly increasing performance and reducing load during mitigation.

• Overall improvements across the Anti-DDoS stack, strengthening stability and filtering capacity.

The system is fully operational and available through the Client Area, where users can:

• Manage protection profiles

• Monitor attacks in real time

First, our plans have been renamed and adjusted. The plan previously known as Basic is now c1, with an updated price of €9.99, compared to the previous €4.99, and includes a 5 TB bandwidth limit. The Essential plan is now c2, with an updated price of €14.99, and includes 10 TB of bandwidth. The Optimal plan has been discontinued and is no longer available for new subscriptions. The Advanced plan is now referred to as c4 and includes 15 TB of bandwidth. Higher-tier plans are now defined as Professional (c8), Expert (c12), and Enterprise (c16).

The c8, c12, and c16 plans continue to include unlimited bandwidth, with no changes in this regard.

Regarding technical support, from this update onward, plans c1, c2, and c4 include Basic Support, which is handled exclusively through the ticket system. Plans c8, c12, and c16 include Advanced Support. As a result of this change, technical support via Discord, WhatsApp, and Live Chat is no longer available for plans with Basic Support. These communication channels are now reserved exclusively for plans with Advanced Support.

With respect to existing subscriptions, clients who subscribed prior to this update and maintain an active subscription without interruption will retain their previous pricing. However, the new bandwidth limits apply to all plans, regardless of the subscription date, with the sole exception of plans c8, c12, and c16, which remain unlimited.

Thanks to the quick response of our technical team, routing adjustments were implemented immediately, minimizing downtime. In most cases, the impact was so brief that many clients did not even notice any interruption.

All services are now fully operational, running under temporary routing configurations to ensure stability and continued DDoS protection:

• New York: currently routed through Gcore, with normal performance and stability.

• Madrid: temporarily routed through Gcore, showing slightly higher latency than usual.

• Frankfurt: also routed through Gcore, performing normally.

These are temporary adjustments while we continue developing our in-house Anti-DDoS solution. During this transition period, some temporary conditions may be observed:

• Speedtest results may not reflect normal performance due to alternate routing.

• The firewall management module is temporarily unavailable until the infrastructure stabilizes.

• ICMP (ping) traffic may be limited in certain locations, such as Spain, as part of stricter security measures put in place to prevent potential disruptions.

At the same time, we are actively working with several connectivity providers to accelerate the deployment of our in-house Anti-DDoS platform, which will offer greater independence, control, and resilience moving forward.

The incident originated after NeoProtect’s partnership with Datacamp/CDN77 was terminated, causing a global disruption of the Remote Shield service.
