Chain of Creation™
Human Intelligence® tools focus on provenance: rather than “detecting” AI in published creative work after creation, we follow certain tell-tale signs unique to human origin. Our patent-pending systems don’t ingest actual human work at all – instead we examine the plume of activity each work carries with it, which helps us to reliably identify the chain of creation.™
Reliable Authentication
We deliver a proven layer of trust that reliably authenticates human work. Our proprietary method begins by locking down a creator’s biometrically-secured identity, verifying each creator as a natural person. Our system then analyzes work for specific markers that result from human creative processes. When we find these key attributes, we register the work as certified Human Intelligence® – i.e., work that we authenticate as having been actually created by a human being.

Lynette Charters
Lynette Charters is a renowned conceptual artist and author of The Missing Women Series art collection and book. She studied under British painter Graham Crowley, printmaker Amanda Faulkner, and sculptor Andy Goldsworthy. She has worked as a professional animation artist for Warner Brothers and Dreamworks. Charters has exhibited in Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland, New York and the United Kingdom.
WRITER
Nisi Shawl
Nisi Shawl is the author of the 2016 Nebula Award finalist Everfair, and of the Tiptree Award-winning story collection Filter House, praised by Ursula K. Le Guin as “superbly written” and by Samuel R. Delany as “brilliant.”
Shawl is also known for Writing the Other: A Practical Approach, and for editing the 2019 multiple-award-winner New Suns: Original Speculative Fiction by People of Color.
MUSICIAN
Josh Pinkston
Musician, composer, poet and performer Josh Pinkston had led contemplative services for many years. He co-founded the renowned Nature & Spirit spiritual and music retreat center on Whidbey Island. In 2024, Josh was chosen to compose the theme music for Human Intelligence.® His composition uses a global variety of human analog instruments.
