1. No one is allowed to build on top of previous projects or come in with a prepared project. All code submitted must be written in the allocated time period.
2. Team Size
1. The maximum team size is 5 people, that said feel free to work with smaller teams.
3. Submissions
1. All submissions should be done through devpost. All projects should be on Github prior to submission
