But adding &sort=[parameter] like the API docs say doesn’t yield different results.
Also, the API docs are a bit vague on parameters. It lists sort values, but not difference in ASC and DESC for example.

2 - I think newest to oldest SHOULD be the standard. From a user perspective searching for a new development or update makes the most sense. Could you consider making newest to oldest the default?

Another way would to make it by default equal to the default-sort setting that effects the sort of the comments, which has Top rated / Newest / Oldest

Sending emails via IPv6 is not supported, mainly since most of the popular email providers do not support it reliably (except Gmail, maybe)

We have been running Hyvor for five years. I am trying to establish how many comments have been made just this year, but only a total figure for the whole five years seems to be showing when I click on live site overview. I can set date parameters for graphs to display but the comments number showing at the top remains the all time running total.

All thoughts welcome.

(3) Reaction text. We think this is already fixed because of the use of role=group in the outer element. On Mac, VoiceOver reads it as “wow, toggle button, What’s your reaction, group” which provides enough context.

Not fixed. A new issue is introduced as well. The visual text is “18 love” which is pretty vague. Programmatically, the text is “love” without the 18. In this context, a voice command user would not be able to activate the button because they would say “click 18 love” and it would not work. Now to be fair, if I was using voice commands I probably wouldn’t notice the 18 as part of the link and do it correctly, but this is technically a violation as it stands.

(5) Role and aria-multiline added to the text input.

Whats wrong with <textarea> instead of <div>? In its current form, it does not show up as an editable element in the accessibility tree. It sort of works, but not reliably enough in its current form.

(6) This is also already fixed. We use role=group + aria-labelledby, which is essentially the same role used by fieldset.
(7) From our tests, the upvote buttons are also usable from the keyboard (unless we misunderstood something?)

The buttons under “What’s your reaction?” still do not work for keyboard users.

(8) This is fixed as well. We already have for and id for the search.

This I marked as fixed. So they did take care of this element.

To help someone else, the reason was a change in page-id in the comments embed. See docs on page-id.

Moving data to the correct page was the easiest solution.

Everything on my website has been the same for months, and all the embedded code is correct. I don’t understand.

Has it been considered adding a feature for setting opening hours for commenting on a website? For instance, open between 07 and 23, closed during the night.

Things to know:

• Those who started their subscription with the old system, via Paddle, will continue to be billed via Paddle.
• However, you can add your payment details and address in the Billing Console to transition to our new billing system.
• In the old system, Paddle resold our software as a merchant of record. With the new system, we invoice you directly via Stripe.

I am currently using Interactivity Studio for this. Is there any way the image can be integrated into the Hyvor site?

One option would be to use custom CSS to set the font-family attribute (Console → Settings → Comments → Custom CSS).

Delay Minimum delay between two guest comments from one IP address (minutes)

This can only be set in minutes but I just want to set 10 seconds but I cant. Any way to do this?
