DMCA & Copyright Policy
IPAOMTK respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established the following process to address claims of copyright infringement.
1. Notification of Copyright Infringement

2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes:

Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
IPAOMTK takes copyright infringement seriously. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user or contributor who is deemed to be a “repeat infringer.” We also reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion if we believe it violates the rights of a third party or our internal safety standards.
