IPTC created the technical standard that allows the image credit metadata to be included in the image file. Google uses our standard to extract the information that they include alongside images in their search results pages, along with a link to our site.<\/p>\n<p>If you wish to have an image removed, you will have to contact the owners of each website where your image is used and ask them directly to remove your image.
