About the Program
The Intercultural Workplace Program (IWP) helps employers across Nova Scotia foster inclusive and respectful work environments that embrace diversity and support the integration of international talent.
Through training, tools and personalized guidance, IWP equips employers with the resources to build intercultural awareness, strengthen team cohesion and enhance employee retention. Whether an organization is just beginning its inclusion journey or looking to deepen its practices, IWP supports the development of workplaces where all employees feel valued and supported.
