Phase 1: June 5th - June 15th 2021

Participants need to submit a short proposal (max. number words:300) for phase 1 (June 15th) based on the chosen problem and proposed methods to solve it. All submissions should follow the template provided by the organizers. In this phase, candidates should clearly identify the tools/hardware/software that they require to solve the problem. 

Eligibility for participation in Phase 2 is based on the evaluation by the Expert Committee. 

Phase 2: June 21st - June 30th

Participants must meet their mentors during assigned office hours.

They should discuss the proposal and identify the required tools and other platforms.

A detailed proposal including the design, required tools, and methodology must be submitted before the deadline. The shortlisted proposal will be invited to participate in the final phase

Phase 3: July 5th - July 15th

Participants will get access to the requested tools and platforms. They are welcome to meet mentors to get support on the platform. Discussions related to code development will not be encouraged.

Final prototype along will all codes/documentation must be submitted.
