The question is this: does the provocation that Charta poses improve or harm the world? In my opinion, and I am sure in yours too, Charta improves the world. That is why I volunteered to support its development. Authoritative statements of political intention (charters, manifestos and the like) serve as a staging post for political action. They ground you, expose the contents of your heart to the world. This is what we believe.
