As a Realtor since 2010, Masters Club Member and Executive Associate, I've done everything from helping my California clients in negotiating short sales to purchasing investment homes to living on acreage in the Placer County mountains. I have lived and worked in real estate in the greater Sacramento area for over 30 years and continue to help others invest in real estate whether enjoying country properties or the downtown Sacramento city life.
My work ethic, solution based strategic negotiations and personal care to guide you along the way are what have allowed my peers to choose me as the 2020 Affiliate of the Year in Placer County and the 2019 Affiliate of the Year in Nevada County. As a CSEO, I share my over 30 years of title and escrow experience, closing tens of thousands of transactions, to give you the edge up, strategically understanding the nuances of the current market to help my clients achieve their strongest position in the transaction. My marketing plan for sellers sets me apart in targeting potential buyers through digital, video and social media marketing giving a broader reach to those who will find their home through an online focus.
You'll find FUN and PLAY on every goal and vision board I create, as a reminder to me to go hiking in the breathtakingly gorgeous foothills, to travel to each state in the US or to faraway lands like Russia, France and Peru and to get out of my head and into a role on stage, in commercials or in the movies, where I earned the nickname "J9". If you've ever heard when you grow up you can be anything you want, I have tried out a hundred or so different roles, delivered babies, rescuing a woman who was trafficked, been a lawyer and an angel, and I always return back home…to my favorite true roles as a mom and wife, trusted friend, and the hardest working Realtor you'll ever meet!
When not out viewing homes or in the office, you'll find me at home with my loving husband of 30 years, out walking our sweet rescued lab mix, or attempting to cuddle with our independent kitty. We enjoy spending time with our 3 adult children who all live locally. My favorite thing to do is give, and I am proud to currently be a part of SOAR ~ Soroptimist of the American River.
