BIM (Building Information Modelling)

Coordinating design and construction in the BIM system allows for a significant shortening of implementation time and a reduction of the risk of errors at an early stage. This is possible thanks to the combination and synchronization of design and construction activities on a single integrated model, as well as advanced 3D documentation analysis. Kajima Poland has permanently included the BIM system in its offer.

BREEAM, LEED and WELL certification

Due to the growing need to protect the natural environment, we offer our clients services in the field of supervision over obtaining project certification according to the internationally recognized BREEAM and LEED standards. Green certificates provide assurance that the investment will be designed and implemented with minimal environmental harm, and that the technological solutions and materials used will provide real savings during the operation of the facility. We also certify our projects in the WELL system, which focuses on the health, comfort and well-being of building users, ensuring a higher standard of working environment.
Information about BREEAM and LEED certificates, as well as other ecological solutions, is provided for each individual property.

experienced international engineering and management staff and efficient multi-disciplinary implementation teams organized around Project Managers;
strict selection of subcontracting companies preceded by a multi-stage analysis and assessment of the previous cooperation and financial situation of the subcontractor;
reliable warranty care that we provide directly to our projects. We have a separate department responsible for warranty care, divided into the regions in which we operate. This allows us to respond quickly to requests.
