To realize your impact as a leader on the mental health of your own team – this is eye-opening for so many leaders!

Yet it is so very true! It is also why new leaders need so much more training than is given in the traditional corporate workplace. There is so much more to being a boss – a leader is a very important role that impacts the very well being of your staff. Please take your role seriously and understand the responsibility you have. It isn’t just about getting the work done… that will happen if you take care of the human people who are doing that work….
