Freedom is the prerequisite. It grants the space to think, choose, and act. Profit is necessary, but it cannot be the driver — my work must serve humanity honestly, ruling out industries that exploit rather than uplift.

With that clarity comes enthusiasm. Bold, expressive, alive. I see beauty and simplicity everywhere. I want to make more of it.

I thrive in the zero-to-one phase — where ideas take shape, strategies form, and prototypes get built. High emotional intelligence and strong intuition are central to how I work and how I lead.

I believe in a bias towards action: do, observe, learn, improve, repeat. I have a natural drive to understand the why and how behind problems. I am comfortable where others hesitate — in the unknown. Busy work, pencil pushing, absurd rules, and politics drain me.

When purpose aligns with values, I become the force that brings ideas to life.
