A solid track record of realized real estate investments with an unmatched depth of experience in SFR & BTR
Lafayette is a pioneer in the single-family rental and build-to-rent asset class, having launched its operations in 2011 – well before the industry gained institutional traction.
Since its launch, Lafayette has realized four real estate private equity funds and executed multiple institutional joint ventures while maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction (~70% renewal rates). Most of the firm’s capital comes from large US-based institutional investors.
