Do I need to know AI before joining?

Is the program really free?
During the training phase, Learners focus entirely on learning.
Only after a learner has been trained, certified, and deemed ready for deployment, does any responsibility begin.
At that point, during the paid work phase, Learners pay the opportunity forward by taking on paid roles, enabling others to access the same training.
What does Learn2Earn provide during training?
- Full-time technical training on a world-class learning platform
- Mentorship, instruction, and operational support
- Access to learning infrastructure and campus facilities
- A monthly stipend to support everyday essentials (e.g. transport, food, and other basic needs)
- A desktop or laptop computer for programme use
Do learners own the computer they receive?
Learners are expected to care for the device and ensure it's in good condition at the end of the programme.
In some cases, learners may be offered the option to retain the device by paying it down in installments over up to 24 months. This is optional and not guaranteed.
Is the programme full-time?
Learn2Earn is an intensive, full-time programme. Learners are expected to:
- Show up every day
- Be punctual, focused, and engaged
- Treat the programme like a professional commitment
What happens if a learner decides to leave during training?
If they leave before certification, they are not required to pay anything. Their place will be offered to another learner who wants the opportunity.
What happens after a learner completes training and gets certified?
- Real, employable value has been created.
- At this point, learners are expected to pay the opportunity forward so the next learner can be trained.
How do I join Learn2Earn?
If you pass, you'll be invited to join the Trials — a 30-day, in-person coding bootcamp that challenges your grit, collaboration, and learning ability.

Is there an enrolment or application fee?
Instead of paying tuition upfront, you repay the cost of your free education by joining our global talent agency after graduation, where you'll work on exciting international tech projects for a minimum period of 2 years. It's your chance to gain real-world experience, earn a salary, and give back
How does the selection process work?
If you perform well, you'll be invited to the Trials — a 30-day, in-person coding bootcamp held at one of our campuses.
The Trials are intense, collaborative, and immersive. You don't need any tech background — just grit, curiosity, and the ability to learn fast. You'll work on real coding challenges in a peer-to-peer environment that mimics real-world problem solving. Only the top performers from the Trials are selected to join the full Learn2Earn program. Think of it as your audition for a life-changing opportunity.
