I’m a researcher at StepFun guided by Quan Sun and Zheng Ge, focusing on Unified MLLM for Understanding and Generation.
In 2025 summer, I got my master’s degree from Wuhan University supervised by Guisong Xia and Yuan Gao. Before that, I also interned at Ant Group and Tencent YouTu Lab.

• 2026/02: The pre-training and evaluation code of NextStep-1 is released.
• 2026/02: NextStep-1 is accepted by ICLR 2026 Oral.
