• Coming Soon – Blackboard Learn Ultra Course View (Wednesday, February 4, 2026)
  

  Blackboard has announced an end-of-life for Original course view, the course view we currently use. Therefore, RPI will be moving to Blackboard Learn Ultra Course View beginning with the summer 2026 semester.

   

  Blackboard Learn Ultra is a new Course View and a new experience. It features simplified navigation, a mobile-friendly experience, streamlined grading, intuitive workflows, and data-driven learning analytics, making it easier for you to keep your students engaged and on the path to success.

   

  Details on instructor training and support available to help you get the most out of Blackboard Learn Ultra’s tools and features, are coming soon.  Please watch MorningMail over the next few months for more information.

  Gradescope was updated in May 2025. If you link your LMS course and assignments to Gradescope, please see "Using Gradescope LTI 1.3 with Blackboard as an Instructor" guide. This guide will walk you through the new steps to sync your course, roster and assignments.
