The loomSDK allows developers to leverage Loom's world-class async video infrastructure and a UI that is loved by millions of users. You can implement async video messaging in under 24-hours with just 20 lines of code.

The loomSDK includes both the embedSDK and the recordSDK.

EmbedSDK

The embedSDK enables your users to embed and view Loom videos in your platform, without leaving your site.

RecordSDK
The recordSDK brings Loom's recording capabilities directly to your platform, so your users can initiate and insert a Loom recording, without leaving your site.

Questions & Support

Participants will have the opportunity to chat with our support team and ask questions should they need assistance. 

  • Join our Loom Developer Discord Channel. You can use this channel to not only talk in real time with other participants (maybe find a teammate), and ask questions of the Loom team and Devpost managers. Just make sure to be respectful – we all have the same goal (building cool stuff).

How to Find Teammates 

In our experience, it's more fun to code with a friend. On the Participants tab, you can :

  • Look for teammates by introducing yourself to the community. 

  • Sort participants by the number of projects and followers they have or by registration date.

  • Search participants by name, skills, and portfolio info.

  • Reach out to potential teammates and get to know each other.
