I am enjoying Lumenate so much. I regularly meditate and I live a very busy and demanding work life so really good recovery is so important. I’m finding swapping out scrolling sessions for Lumenate sessions is having a positive effect on my wellbeing. I do 1-3 sessions a day of different kinds. I love the female vocals that I think you will recognise as I do. Definitely worth buying the headset Nova rather than just using the phone, there is a good deal on annual membership if you do so. Highly recommend.

Cool experience, just tried the first intro session! I noticed very different experience when trying different brightness settings during the experience, alot of combinations of brightness settings and choice of music to explore!

This is an amazing product and deeply relaxing. The nova mask has 10 levels of intensity and I find level 2 is more than enough. Above level 5 is way too intense, perhaps longer use will make those levels more comfortable. I’d also say if you spend 30 mins or more with Nova on then I’ve had a little eye irritation, not in any way serious though. So 15-20 mins at a moderate level is fantastic, more I find is unnecessary and uncomfortable. Overall I love it just use it in moderation.

I love Lumenate and recently bought Nova. It’s really good, so much more comfortable than holding my phone to my face. I have ADHD and struggle with insomnia, using Lumenate, it has helped me fall asleep within a half hour of using it.
The only suggestion that I would give is to extend the length of the sessions as I like to do it for 1 hour and with the current set up for the sleep sessions, I have to come out of my meditation mode to put on the next session

Nova arrived on a timely basis with no problems. Well worth the money as it’s comfortable and is a vast improvement on using a phone.

Can’t fault delivery or the quality of the kit. It arrived quickly and worked straight out of the box.
I’m only a week in and not had any issues or major enlightenment.
Will keep going though and not pass judgement yet.

This absolutely requires a $79/year subscription. Buyer beware. Be more transparent Lumenate! You can do better than this!
