У меня была та же проблема. Попробуй просто оставить компьютер в покое (не играть, не смотреть что-то) до конца загрузки.

Please, help. I'm on day 40 of my story playthrough and at some point there was a bug with the disk processing machine. I can't insert a new disk. The screen shows "planet [3/3]". A blank disc cannot be inserted either. Deleting a signal is impossible, as is importing. Maybe delete the save or I don't know
