After several years of close involvement in Lyvia’s development, Martin Almgren now steps into the role as CEO, continuing the group’s long term focus on strengthening its portfolio companies and building sustainable value.

Martin has been part of Lyvia’s journey for several years, first as a member of the Board and most recently as Deputy CEO and CFO. During this time, he has worked closely with our portfolio companies and leadership team, gaining a deep understanding of our model and what drives value across the group.

Martin Almgren, newly appointed CEO at Lyvia Group, says:

Lyvia has appointed Martin Almgren as Deputy CEO and CFO, bringing extensive leadership experience from SkiStar, AddLife, and Addtech. This move is part of Lyvia’s strategy to streamline operations by merging the CFO and COO roles, ensuring a strong foundation for future growth.

At the same time, Martin Fagéus, who has played a crucial role in building the finance department, will pursue new opportunities outside Lyvia. He will remain with the company until the 6^th of June to ensure a smooth and effective transition.

Lyvia Group secures SEK 1.6 bn.

Establishes financial partnership with leading banks to drive growth

We are proud to announce our bank club with leading Nordic banks

By entering into this partnership, Lyvia Group secures a substantial financing volume of SEK 1.6 bn from the banks Danske Bank and DNB.

Lyvia Group’s mission is to drive digital evolution by developing and delivering leading technologies that combine software and expert services for business-critical applications. This new alliance with two major Nordic banks not only fortifies our growth capabilities but also unlocks exciting opportunities for our continued expansion across Europe.

Lyvia Group’s CEO, Sebastian Karlsson, said:

Financial partnership

The partnership with DNB and Danske Bank extends beyond financial support, providing us with access to industry expertise as well as the banks’ products and services.

Lyvia Group thanks their bondholders

In April 2023 Lyvia Group was formed through the merger of Mirovia Group and Äleven. We would like to thank
all the bondholders who were pivotal in the early journey of Mirovia Group AB.

We are proud to announce our recent acquisition Arc Consulting.

Arc Consulting are specialised in creating intelligent business models supported by modern technologies. They provide SAP and ERP system implementation as well as RPA services where they use their own IP software – Archee. Their technology-driven business consulting has earned them a prominent position in the international enterprise landscape.

Krzysztof Czeczot, Managing Partner of ARC Consulting states, “We’ve been creating intelligent business models for our customers for several years now. We are proud to announce our recent acquisition of IT Systems and Solutions sp. z o.o. [ITSS].

ITSS is a Polish company that provides end-to-end cyber security and cloud solutions for large businesses and the public sector, offering custom development, IT infrastructure modernisation, consultancy and cyber security services.

Leading Norwegian shareholder and client identification company

No other software offers a similar service

We are proud to announce our recent acquisition T-rank, a Norwegian company that specialises in assessing the ownership structures of companies and their clients on behalf of the world’s leading banks, law firms, large corporate and government institutions.

T-rank’s proprietary software, which analyses beneficial ownership and controlling interests in companies with complex ownership structures, is in high demand, particularly as corporate ownership and client identification has become increasingly opaque. Seven of the world’s 10 largest banks and five of the six largest Nordic banks already use T-rank’s software.

This acquisition marks a significant milestone for us, as it places Lyvia Group at the forefront of the rapidly expanding ‘know your customer’ market, while also providing T-rank with the funds and network required to further expand its existing global client base.
