Introducing WebHack, MAC's first ever web development hackathon!!
What it is?
Ready to show off your front-end skills and level up your web development game? We are pleased to announce Webhack, MAC's first ever web development hackathon, in collaboration with our sponsor and tech giant Atlassian!
In this thrilling 3 day hackathon, you will have the chance to show off your creativity and innovative skills. Through leveraging your front-end prowess, you will create an exciting product to showcase to our panel of judges which will also include Atlassian reps.
Across the 48 hours, you will be working in groups of 2-4 and whichever team you'd like to be in will be registered on the day of the hackathon. If you're entering solo - don't worry! We will match you with other participants before the hacking starts!
Problem Statement
We want you all to make a website solution that will help students LOCK IN. Productivity and education go hand in hand, and we want a platform to tackle the issues commonly faced by students.
As a student yourself, you may use inspiration found in your daily life, but issues such as time management, productivity and organisation are just some themes to consider.
What you can win!!!
In the end, you could take home some awesome rewards, including a cash price, some super cool Atlassian merch and an exclusive opportunity to network with an Atlassian recruiter. Not to mention, we will also be awarding prizes across a range of other categories including Best Pitch, Best Design and Most Creative Solution!
