The Doc Alliance Network of Markets is an international joint initiative led by four of the Doc Alliance festivals’ complementary markets: FID Marseille’s FIDLab, Ji.hlava IDFF’s Ji.hlava New Visions, Millennium Docs Against Gravity’s MDAG Industry and Doclisboa's Nebulae.
By fostering collaboration between our markets, we aim to enhance the visibility of the selected film projects year-round — with 2 events in spring and summer, and 2 in the fall — and to cover the regional diversity that spans these four European markets and their connections with the wider world. Our goal is to encourage collaboration and diversity, and to support and connect emerging filmmakers with industry professionals, as well as to contribute to the sustainable growth of the film industry of tomorrow.
The Doc Alliance Digital Market Platform, serves as a centralised hub accessible to accredited film professionals from all Doc Alliance markets, as well as other accredited professionals, allowing you to follow the progress of the presented projects year-round. This digital tool allows you to communicate directly with filmmakers and producers inviting you to embrace future opportunities for connection and collaboration.

FIDLab 2025 showcases 13 projects in script, development and post-production stages.
This year’s MDAG Industry featured 4 pitching sessions, 42 projects, and over 340 one-on-one meetings.
The Castle, a French-Italian co-production, presented as a project at the Ji.hlava New Visions Forum in 2024 had its World Premiere in the main competition of CPH:DOX in 2025.
