Hm... I have no experience with Macs, but I can't imagine why this would be unless you have an issue with fonts. I have heard of people having issues typing vowels on Mac, which was sometimes fixed by resetting their Font Book. This isn't the same issue, but it does suggest the Macs for whatever reason separate vowels and consonants in their font interpretation software.

TBH I didn't realize it was possible, but according to the wiki he does have a route. So... either I missed the window to initiate it, it's locked by my choices, or it's extremely undeveloped to the point that I didn't realize I was already on it. It does say it's a romantic route and I probably wouldn't have picked any overtly romantic options, but I do have 14 relationship points with him.

I don't know that there are specific scenes, but Asmodeo is just a bit possessive in general. He does act more frustrated if you've been locked in chastity by someone other than himself, but that's not really a specific scene.

Nearly everything marked as WIP is on a recently added planet or Level 2 of Akra Leuca, which was also recently added. Some of these are tied together and therefore cannot be completed independently.

What you should actually be complaining about, if anything, is all the in-progress arcs that aren't marked as such.

The cheats weren't supposed to be in the public version to begin with; it was left in accidentally in the previous version. They're supposed to be Patreon exclusive.

I'm a bit confused how to continue to gain affinity with characters now. They used to show up at the Morning Song sometimes and I could gain affinity then, but no one ever shows up there anymore.

EDIT: I see below you've mentioned it's a chance. Seems like it used to be all the time and now it's never, so maybe that's just the percentage chance evening out.

I'm not a paid supporter either, but based on what is visible, Chapter 7 is finished, but only the first half of Chapter 7 has been released to Patreon supporters, as of December. So I'm guessing that December through now have involved (in part or in full) either debugging Chapter 7, writing Chapter 8, or both.

The game is actually nearly finished. There won't be any more public releases until it's complete, at which point the full game will be public.

The sequence of major arcs unlocks in order. It's possible to go back to things that you never finished, but not skip over entire arcs -- there are a few arcs that you can miss based on your choices, but they can't be returned to if you do. If you're noticing inconsistencies, it's probably because you started a quest line and never finished it (or the next part just isn't implemented yet) before moving on to another. Or, you might be just reading text for an event that already happened, regardless of how long ago, but those instances should be pretty obvious.

Though, TBH, the story is starting to branch out more, and it's possible the order might be less fixed once more arcs are complete.

Unless you're talking about the Harmonia University arc? That arc certainly doesn't make any sense time-wise, but it never will unless you're actually locked into it, which wouldn't be very fun.

Well, yeah, the game itself doesn't give that impression at all. I only discovered it because the author himself explained what the red choices mean.

Honestly, to me Lustful Desires is too much story and not enough of either horny or meaningful gameplay choices. Shortly before I quit playing it for good, I even discovered that the dev seems to think lust is inherently evil and that's why the choices that involve increasing lust are the red "evil" choices. I didn't even realize they were color coded, since no choice is more obviously good or evil unless you consider sex to be evil.

On your last point, cheats are actually available in the public version currently. Though, I think that was an error -- I don't think they were intended to be left in the public build, since they were supposed to be Patreon exclusive.

I haven't used any, but imagine it would depend where your stats are now. Unless he specifically wanted to test edge cases, I doubt the dev would have accounted for situations that aren't actually possible without cheating, such as positive relationship with Keirys and Snake after they've already been locked out. (Though, at least in my save, Snake's actually can't be changed, but Keirys's can for some reason). So those could result in some weird situations.

Earth and Wind are good at moving gems, so they can definitely help you. But there's always going to be a factor of random chance. You can also get more chances at it with the Bandit Ring. Pinpoint Attack can also potentially help.

The healing kits being bugged certainly is an issue, but... I'm confused how you are having difficulty with the first mission? It's extremely easy. I've played through probably a hundred times and literally only used a healing kit once, and it definitely wasn't on the first mission. They're simply not needed, which might be why no one else has noticed this bug before... no one uses healing kits.

Yes you can. It's very easy. If there are major gamebreaking bugs, just don't release it yet. Zero people are forcing you to release prematurely.

Okay, seriously, do you even test before putting out releases? Every single update has major gamebreaking bugs. I mean, I realize I've helped you find the solution to bugs before (despite having less programming experience than you...) but it feels like you aren't even locating them despite them being extremely simple to detect just by attempting to play the game normally.

That fixed it. What seems to have happened is that the old version somehow didn't get deleted when the new version was installed, and running the installer manually actually did that check and deleted it.

Do you know why auto-updating to this version doesn't seem to work? I can see that an update is available in the app, but it fails every time.

I see. Really odd though that romancing Snake unlocks more Gravel content when Snake is clearly monogamous, which is the entire reason I didn't want to romance him. I just didn't realize that not romancing him would suddenly make him despise me and never interact with me again. Though for some reason Snake still doesn't seem to mind casual sex in the MC's bed regardless of who else I'm in a relationship with. Honestly I kinda feel most of the Snake scenes, relationship-focused or not, don't make a lot of sense and should probably be rewritten.

The most updated version is on Patreon. The lowest tier is $1.50/month and does provide early access to updates. This page has the most updated free version.
