  • Teams may consist of 1 to 4 members

  • All submissions must be developed during the hackathon period

  • Use of open-source tools, APIs, and frameworks is permitted

  • Pre-built or previously submitted projects are not allowed

  • Plagiarism or any form of misconduct will result in disqualification
