The title of my dissertation is “Robust Video Object Tracking via Camera Self-Calibration”. My supervisory committee includes Prof. Jenq-Neng Hwang (Chair), Prof. Kenneth P. Bube (GSR), Prof. Linda G. Shapiro, Prof. Ming-Ting Sun, and Prof. Fa-Long Luo. I appreciate all the support from my committee, colleagues, sponsors, family, friends, and my faith.

Within 24 hours, we developed an app in Python with Tk GUI that randomly generates scripture art, i.e., images with Bible verse(s), for the user. To ensure that the color of the scripture text has high contrast against the background, we compute the mean color of the background, and find the complement color in the HSV color space for the text. The source code is available on GitHub.

Elders are active members of the church who serve in government, leadership, and ministry. We are persons of faith, dedication, and good judgment, nominated and elected by the congregation. Elders serve on the church’s governing body (called Session), take part in planning committees, assist in worship, serve communion, and help the pastors nurture, teach, and encourage the congregation.
