En ny måte å utvikle kurs på

I dag er produksjon av digitale kurs ofte tidkrevende, manuelt og kostbart. Mange virksomheter må bruke eksterne leverandører, studioer og lange produksjonsprosesser for å utvikle opplæringsmateriell. Resultatet er ofte at kurs blir dyre å produsere og vanskelig å oppdatere.

Målet med den nye plattformen er å forenkle hele prosessen med kursutvikling.

Brukeren vil kunne gå inn i systemet og ganske enkelt starte med en prompt. Derfra vil en AI-agent veilede brukeren steg for steg gjennom utviklingen av kurset – både når det gjelder struktur, pedagogikk og innhold.

Systemet vil hjelpe med blant annet:

· Utforming av kursmanus

· Pedagogisk struktur og læringsflyt

· Presentasjon og visuelle elementer

· Oppbygging av engasjerende undervisning

Dette gjør at fagpersoner kan fokusere på sin fagkompetanse, mens systemet bistår med selve læringsdesignet og produksjonen.

Din egen AI-instruktør

En sentral funksjon i plattformen er muligheten til å lage egne, merkevaretilpassede avatarer.

Disse avatarene kan fungere som digitale instruktører som leverer kurs på en profesjonell og engasjerende måte. I stedet for å måtte filme nye videoer hver gang et kurs skal oppdateres, kan avataren generere undervisningsinnhold basert på kursmanuset.

En spesielt spennende utvikling vi arbeider med er avatarer som kan snakke i sanntid, noe som vil gjøre AI-basert undervisning langt mer naturlig og interaktiv.

Full fleksibilitet for virksomheter

Mange kursplattformer låser kundene til sitt eget økosystem. Vi mener virksomheter bør ha full frihet til å bruke sitt eget læringssystem.

Med denne løsningen kan virksomheter:

· Selge kurs direkte via plattformen, eller

· Tilby opplæring gratis til egne ansatte, og

· Laste ned og eksportere kurs til sitt eget LMS uten ekstra kostnader

Dette gir virksomheter full kontroll over sitt eget opplæringsinnhold.

Gjør profesjonell opplæring mer tilgjengelig

Et viktig mål er også å redusere kostnadene ved kursproduksjon.

Mange virksomheter bruker i dag betydelige ressurser på å utvikle digitale kurs. Ved å automatisere store deler av produksjonsprosessen vil plattformen kunne redusere kostnadene betydelig – ofte til halvparten eller mindre av tradisjonelle produksjonsmetoder.

Dette gjør det mulig for flere virksomheter å utvikle profesjonelle kurs og opplæringsprogrammer.
