Routine device management tasks are made simple and straightforward, with ManageEngine's Mobile Device Manager Plus.
With the Mobile Device Manager Plus app, you can stay informed about all your managed devices, and view summaries of devices' network information, OS, memory usage, battery level, apps, and much more.
To ensure better device maintenance, you can take actions like restarting devices, clearing or resetting passcodes and remotely locking devices. Scans can be initiated on devices, to ensure undisturbed server-device contact, and the remote troubleshooting feature can help solve issues in real time.
In case of emergencies you can also locate devices, lock them, and even remotely erase data. Remain up-to-date with all activity from the Mobile Device Manager Plus web console, and carry out all important security or maintenance actions from the comfort of an app.
With the Mobile Device Manager Plus app, the following tasks can be done:
- View and track accurate device details.
- Scan devices to maintain server-device contact
- Fetch OS Summary, Network Summary & Device Summary
- Reset and clear device passcodes
- Remotely troubleshoot devices and use remote chat commands.
- Obtain accurate geographical location(s) of devices
- Enable Lost Mode to locate stolen devices and secure corporate data.
- Trigger a remote alarm on devices
- Completely erase all data from devices, or erase only corporate information.
Instructions to activate the Mobile Device Manager Plus app:
1. Click on 'Install', to download the MDM Admin app on your device
2. Once the app is installed, enter the details requested on screen. These details are required to validate access to Mobile Device Manager Plus.
3. Sign in using the Username and Password of your Mobile Device Manager Plus console.
