With her strong background in project governance and execution, Danitsja van Rijsewijk has become a trusted project leader at Vitens, supporting the company’s digital transformation across multiple SAP-related initiatives.

Starting as a PMO, Danitsja provided structural and operational support to the program organization. She developed and maintained key program tools, templates, and documentation, ensuring that planning, reporting, and quality assurance processes were fully aligned. Acting as the right hand of the program and project managers, she facilitated steering committee meetings, prepared progress reports, managed issue and risk logs, and ensured consistent adherence to governance standards.

Her strong performance led to her appointment as projectmanager for the SAP CRM decommissioning initiative. Working in a hybrid Agile-Waterfall environment, she successfully coordinated a cross-functional team to transition CRM functionalities to S/4HANA and C4C before year-end 2024.

Building on that success, Danitsja continued her leadership into the next phase, the “Connection Process 2.0” project, focusing on automation, cost optimization, and data-driven decision-making. By integrating data analytics into operational workflows, she helped Vitens create more efficient and intelligent connection processes, paving the way for continuous improvement and adaptive governance.

Danitsja’s structured approach, communication strength, and humane insight make her a cornerstone in every project she supports. She excels at balancing governance discipline with operational agility, ensuring both progress and quality in complex transformation environments.

Maarten serves as the AI, Master Data Management (MDM), and Master Data Quality (MDQ) Manager for a leading retail chain in the Netherlands. With extensive experience across both national and international clients, operating at the intersection of business and IT, he’s a perfect fit for this ambitious organization.

Following a challenging SAP S/4HANA implementation, Maarten was tasked with enhancing master data processes and ensuring consistent data quality across the enterprise. This role provides a unique opportunity to strengthen the entire European operation, from sourcing, distribution, and supply to in-store sales and the overall customer experience, all centered around the SAP S/4HANA landscape.

Through smart data analysis and a strong understanding of operational realities, Maarten has already driven measurable improvements at the crossroads of IT and day-to-day business operations. Beyond refining data management processes, he also plays a key role in redesigning IT solutions, identifying bottlenecks and helping shape scalable, efficient systems that add tangible value to the retail chain’s performance.

In his combined role as system and service engineer is Daniël responsible for the stability, continuity, and continuous improvement of the organization’s various SAS viya environments. He works with multiple teams and ensures that these crucial analysis platforms remain fully operational for developers, analysts, and users.

His responsibilities include daily system administration, maintenance, and upgrades, as well as providing second-line support for complex technical and functional

SAS-related issues by supporting the Solution Delivery Associate. Daniël plays an important role in supporting the transition from SAS Viya 3.5 to SAS Viya 4 by setting up migration processes, providing substantive support regarding conversion/improvements for the migration, and creating readable and clear system and user documentation for the various SAS components such as Visual Investigator, Visual Analytics, and even SAS Studio, providing substantive (programming) support.

Daniël actively contributes to improving the reliability and standardization of the system. His work includes optimizing the various SAS environments, maintaining and rewriting SOP documentation, developing and improving the various supporting Bash, Python and Ansible scripts, and implementing patches in OTAP environments. He also researches and implements SAS Viya 4 within a Redhat Openshift environment.

He also supports SAS Visual Analytics developers with design and functional questions and helps resolve incidents through structured debugging and follow-up of SAS Track cases. In addition, Daniël develops and gives workshops on SAS Viya, SAS Visual Analytics, SAS Studio (CAS and CAS Languages) and has implemented a Data Driven Content Server (Apache) with clearly defined procedures for scalable content delivery, so that third-party Java script developments (D3.js) can be linked within SAS Visual Analytics.

With his extensive IT knowledge and strong analytical mindset, he translates complex challenges into efficient and sustainable solutions.
