🌍 Run schedules now support custom timezones

New

Until now, all runs were executed in UTC, requiring manual conversions to align with your business hours.

You can now define the exact timezone in which your runs should operate (e.g. Europe/Paris), ensuring schedules reflect your real-world operations.

Why it matters:

  • No more manual timezone conversions

  • Better alignment with campaign timing and business workflows

  • Reduced risk of scheduling errors on critical jobs

Concretely A run scheduled at 9:00 will now execute at 9:00 in your selected timezone β€” not in UTC.

πŸ” Azure Entra now available for SSO

New

Azure Entra is now supported as a Single Sign-On (SSO) provider.

Why it matters

  • Seamless integration with your existing identity infrastructure

  • Centralized access management

  • Enhanced security and compliance

πŸ”Ž Exact match search in Customer Hub

Improvement

You can now perform exact-match searches on identifiers in the Customer Hub.

Previously, searches relied on contains, which could return results with noise.

Why it matters:

  • Faster and more reliable profile lookup

  • Cleaner, more precise results

Example

Searching for 12345 will return only the exact match β€” not 123456 or abc12345.

🧠 Advanced label fields with flexible logic

New

We’re introducing a new type of computed field - LABEL - , designed to handle advanced logic similar to CASE WHEN.

The interface has been fully redesigned to make it easy to combine multiple conditions across metrics, dates, and more.

Why it matters:

  • Build reusable business logic directly into your data model

  • Reduce dependency on SQL or upstream transformations

  • Enable more dynamic and scalable segmentation

Example: Automatically classify customers into tiers:

  • VIP: more than 10 orders and last order within 30 days

  • GOLD: more than 5 orders and last order within 90 days

  • Standard: everyone else

πŸ’« These fields can then be activated across all your use cases β€” segmentation, activation, and analytics.

🏷️ Centralized tag management in Settings

Improvement

You can now edit and delete tags directly from a dedicated Settings page.

Visualize relationships between data models

New

Understanding how your models relate shouldn’t require digging through tables, keys, and documentation.

DinMo now lets you visualize relationships between models in a relational schema view β€” including:

  • 1:1, 1:N, N:1 relationships

  • join keys

  • upstream and downstream dependencies

CleanShot 2026-02-17 at 17.47.46.png

Switch from a simple model list to a live relational diagram, and immediately see how your customer, events, and business tables connect.

This makes it dramatically easier to understand your workspace structure, build correct segments faster, avoid joining the wrong entities and align marketing and data teams on the same model.

Because a composable CDP shouldn’t just connect to your warehouse.

It should help you understand it.

Customer Hub β€” compare audiences performance

New

Which audience performs best? Now you know.

Customer Hub now allows you to compare audiences side-by-side on shared metrics.

Evaluate segments, campaigns, activation strategies to understand which audience truly drives results.

Better comparisons lead to better targeting. Better targeting leads to better ROI.

Enhanced Braze integration β€” nested objects supported

New integration

DinMo now supports nested custom attributes when sending data to Braze.

You can push structured objects (not just flat fields), enabling:

  • richer personalization data

  • cleaner event structures

  • more advanced lifecycle messaging

  • better alignment with your existing data model

Improved Dotdigital integration β€” auto-enroll into programs

New integration

With our updated integration for Dotdigital, DinMo can now automatically enroll users into programs 🎒

This allows you to trigger sophisticated marketing journeys the moment someone enters a segment β€” without manual exports or custom scripts.

Segments now become immediate workflow triggers. And so… marketing automation becomes truly data-driven.
