BUY AMERICA(N) Act of 1933

NLS Lighting supports your efforts to comply with the Buy American Act of 1933 (BAA) specifications. The BAA prohibits the Federal government from buying non-domestic goods by installing a preference for domestically manufactured goods. The BAA applies to Federal purchases that go beyondthe threshold of micro-purchases and are beneath the dollar limit for Trade Agreement Act (TAA) applicability.*
