Baked sourdough biscuits – subbed milk with a scoop of Greek yogurt and a tablespoon of vinegar for the buttermilk, and added 1 Tbsp sugar. Dough was sticky and needed some extra flour. Made 10.5 biscuits, baked 16 minutes. Delish with butter and honey 🍯

Had a bunch of overripe bananas so I baked sourdough banana nut muffins. Baked 25 minutes. Suspect you could make 2-3 more muffins if you didn’t want big tops. Tested two toppings: chopped nuts and a whole walnut with turbinado sugar – I like the sugar crunch but might be too sweet.
