It is up to you how the judging criteria below is incorporated into your final video presentation! You decide the best format for your video presentation using these criteria:
- Wow factor
How creative has the group been in solving the challenge? Did they come up with a new idea, or did they follow existing patterns and solutions? Does it seem remarkable that someone could achieve this hack in just a day? - Execution
Does the hack work? Is the hack testable? The hack does not have to be perfect or production ready, but does the idea come to life with their demo? - Design
Did the group consider the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX)? How well designed is the demo? How are the graphics, or how is the human-computer interaction? Is it easy to use or does it require a lot of training to master the demo? - The Pitch
Hackers will also be judged on their pitch. Were they convincing enough, was it short and concise, and were they passionate about their project? The pitch can be a maximum of 3 minutes.
