AI Guidelines
-
The use of AI in the development of your projects is not only permitted but also encouraged
-
AI has become a significant tool in the field, and learning to leverage it effectively is a valuable skill
-
Clearly document your use of AI in your project's video presentation or written description, and specify which portions of your code were written by hand
-
We value the effort and learning that comes from manual coding: in cases where two projects are of comparable quality, the project with a greater emphasis on hand-written code will be viewed more favorably during grading
-
The use of APIs, such as those provided by OpenAI, is permitted
