Submission of any entry constitutes agreement to these official rules as a contract between entrant (and each individual member of entrant), the hackathon sponsor, and Devpost.

This hackathon is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited by law.

1. Dates and Timing

• Stage 1: February 29th, 2024 (10:00 AM IST / 4:30 AM UTC) – March 1st, 2024 (10:00 AM IST/ 4:30 AM UTC) (“Stage 1 Duration”).

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 18  years of age at the time of entry. 

The Hackathon is Open to:

• Individuals who are at least the age of majority where they reside as of the time of entry (or, in any event, over the age of 18) (“Eligible Individuals”).

• Teams of Eligible Individuals (“Individual Participation”).

• Organizations (including corporations, not-for-profit corporations, other nonprofit organizations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and other legal entities) that exist and have been organized or incorporated at the time of entry (the above are collectively, “Entrants”).

The Hackathon is Not Open to:

• Individuals who are residents of, or organizations domiciled in, a country, state, region, province, or territory where the laws of the United States or local law prohibits participating or receiving a prize in the Hackathon.

• Individuals that are under the age of 18.

• Organizations involved with the design, production, paid promotion, execution, or distribution of the Hackathon, including the Sponsor and Administrator (“Promotion Entities”).

• Employees, representatives, and agents** of such Promotion Entities, and all members of their immediate family or household*.

• Any other individual involved with the design, production, promotion, execution, or distribution of the Hackathon, and each member of their immediate family or household*.

Participants must complete Stage 1 within the specified duration to be eligible for certificates of participation.
