I hate to report that I tried it and didn't work. The characters on the starting screen still lack the same body parts as my first screenshots.

I don't know whether this was caused by me doing something wrong when extracting or whether this is a bug anybody else has experienced, but parts of characters aren't visible to me.

I hate to bother but obviously in a porn game this is a pretty significant problem.
