To register for PASS Pre-Arrival and Post-Arrival Program for Nurses, you must

have graduated from a recognized nursing program and
have approval from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for migration to Canada on a Permanent Resident status

Please complete the form below and attach scanned copies of your documentation confirming these requirements. We will need a copy of your graduation certificate in nursing, as well as your documentation of immigration approval from IRCC.
