<div>I’m Tony Dowler, and I'm making maps, games, and art. Who am I I’m Tony Dowler, a Seattle-based artist, writer, and game designer. I created he <a href="https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/tonydowler/seattle-doomsday-map">Seattle Doomsday Map</a> and have illustrated for a bunch of games, including Dungeon World and Action Castle. I also make small tabletop RPGs and mapping games. About How to Host a Dungeon How to Host a Dungeon, now in its second edition, is a dungeon building game. In How to Host a Dungeon, you simulate the growth of a great megadungeon from the dawn of time through rising and falling civilizations, warring monsters, great evils and empires that threaten the world.  What patrons get My patrons get... well, a bunch of weird stuff. Most levels get a postcard of my art mailed out every few months. You also get digital versions of my games, drawings, and whatever stuff I'm working on. Higher tiers get physical objects, original art, advent calendars, and whatever else I happen to be making at the time. </div><div>Why am I doing this Patreon enables me to dedicate more time and effort to art. I have a full-time job, and I support a family. Thanks to Patreon, I am able to take time away from that job and spend it in my studio working on my art and games. That’s the first reason. The second reason is that with Patreon I’m connected with the people who are most interested in my work. If no one’s interested in what I’m doing, I lose interest too. Making things for people and seeing them used is a huge reward. </div>
