made in one week, for the brackeys game jam 2026.1. with the theme: strange places. a small lil puzzle game about a robot finding cotact with a human in a forsaken facility. which is strange i guess.
controls:

take a look at things when you break them. they respawn, you gotta use it as a puzzle element:)
Are they supposed to push the other block above them when they respawn? that's not what happens.

yeah i tried this thinking this would happen, but it spawned inside, phew...
Wow, I didn't think that the game would be open world, the game looks great and the music is nice. Great idea. The only think I not sure if I liked it its the control of the player I can't figure out what it is. Anyway, it was great!
hey:) you can use the WSAD or the arrows key to move and use left mouse button to destroy crates if that's what you mean?
I meant of how it moves you know, I think the jump its a little bit floaty, but its not a big deal I think I'm the only one that felt like that
If you don't undersantd there is a video of GMTK (sorry Brackeys) talking about the movement of Madelyn in Celeste, I know it a totally differrent game but I think it could give you some ideas.
The art style and GameLoop are very cool, but I feel like this game might work better in first person rather than third person. (personal opinion)

are supposed to be able to skip the tutorial dialog, and use the second movable object in the physical tutorial to do this?
yes. there are many secret zones around the map, each has different dialogues:)
ok, good.
So I got stuck at the part where you have to use the box to get onto the platform.
this one? you need to break the crate while standing on the platform for the button to release
Great looking game and I like the puzzles.
Only 2 small nitpicks: camera zoom and shadow.
- Sometimes the wall was just in the way and I instinctively tried to zoom the camera in to see.
- Shadow directly beneath me, so depth perception is a little easier. (more of a personal preference)
Otherwise, 99% of the game was cool.
