Pragnition Labs builds AI systems for large enterprises and government agencies around Singapore. We sit with the people doing the actual work, learn what wastes their time, and ship products built on frontier AI research.
We ship prototypes knowing they will look nothing like the final product. That is the point, the MVP tells us what the customer actually needed. So we go back, dig deeper, and rebuild around what the data reveals. We turn it into something that runs in a real environment with real constraints and real stakes, not an AI showpiece but something that is really used in practice.
At Pragnition Labs there is no one to hand off to. You walk into a client’s office, understand how their people work, design the system, build it, and see it go live. That is not a burden; that is the point. Most AI products never get used properly because the people who built them never saw what happened after deployment. When you own the whole arc, you do.
Our clients are large enterprises and government agencies. Our team fits in one room. That gap is not a risk; it is the model. A small team that moves fast can reshape how a large organisation works. Every person here would have built something that a government agency or a major enterprise runs on today.
We founded Pragnition Labs here because we are Singaporean, and Singapore is genuinely close to something. The infrastructure is there. The capital is there. The talent is there. The government is paying attention. What is missing is the layer that turns all of that into AI-native organisations. We are building that layer, starting with the companies and agencies that are ready to go first.
We are looking for engineers and researchers who are as comfortable in a client’s office as they are in a codebase, who care about whether the thing they built is actually being used, and who want to do that work in Singapore, from the ground up. Here, humans steer while agents execute. If that describes you, join us.
