You can now share product feedback without leaving the platform. The new 'How can we improve?' option in the left navigation panel lets you submit ideas, issues, and suggestions directly to our team.
Customisable purchase order numbers
Purchase Orders are now easier to keep organised, especially across multiple projects. You can now edit the Purchase Order number to match your studio’s naming system, so it’s clearer at a glance what belongs where.
Shipping tracking in Procurement
Track your shipments directly within your Programa Schedules. New fields in the Procurement tab let you log tracking numbers, URLs, and shipment notes, keeping all delivery information in one place alongside your orders.
Automatic URL hyperlinking in comments
URLs in comments now become clickable links automatically. No more copying and pasting—just click to open product pages, supplier sites, or reference materials directly from your comments.
Auto-populate PO shipping address
Creating Purchase Orders just got faster. When you select a Project, the delivery address automatically fills with the Project's address, eliminating repetitive data entry and reducing addressing errors.
New sorting options in Product Library
It’s now easier to find specific products in your Product Library. Sort by "Date added" or "Last updated" to quickly locate your newest additions or see what's been recently modified.
Add from URL now in Product Library
Build your Product Library faster by pasting any product URL. We'll automatically extract and save the product details to your library, just like you can already do in Schedules.
Sorting added to Shared Schedules
Give your clients more control when reviewing Shared Schedules. They can now sort products by code, brand, supplier, price, status, lead time, and more to view information in the way that works best for them.
Display labels on task cards in Board view
See task categories at a glance in Board view. Task labels now appear as badges directly on cards, giving you access to more information at a glance.
Search by DOC code in Schedules
Find Schedule items instantly by searching their DOC code. Type any DOC code into the search bar and matching items appear immediately, making it faster to locate specific products in large Schedules.

Get help faster with the redesigned sidebar, which makes it easier to access support and assistance from our team of real, human support and account managers when you need it.
Notifications settings page
Control your email notifications with the new settings page. Choose exactly which notifications you want to receive and when, reducing inbox clutter while staying informed about what matters to you.
