The learning playlists created draw from FutureLearn’s extensive B2B course catalogue as well as high-quality content from leading global providers such as Coursera, edX and Udemy. The algorithm analyses a collection of 120,000+ pieces of diverse learning assets (55,000+ of which are free-to-access) to create the content that's best for them.

A few of our playlists are also built to predict what learners will need to know in the future of their career. The algorithm uses information from the ever-evolving job market, current workplace trends and skills reports to predict what skills your learners will need to stay relevant and help your organisation reach their goals.

The process is super easy, we let the FLx platform do all the heavy lifting. Onboarding starts with a brief kick-off call but after that, all we’ll need from you is a CSV file with your people’s names and email addresses to send them a platform invitation.

We want to engage your people in the platform and learning process from the very start, so the invitation asks them for their role and interests and generates their targeted learning playlists with just a click of a button.
