Webinar: Qlucore Omics Explorer. Import, pre-process and analyze Olink®

15:00 - 15:30 (CET), 09:00 - 09:30 (ET), 06:00 - 06:30 (PT)

Olink® panels can be used to measure proteins, including biomarkers, and are applied in a wide range of research and clinical contexts. In this webinar, we will guide you through the steps required to begin analyzing Olink data. Qlucore Omics Explorer supports data import from multiple Olink panels. You simply export normalized data from the Olink® software and use the Qlucore Import Wizard to import files - whether organized as a matrix or as vectors (such as NPX Map). From there, it is straightforward to perform the necessary data cleaning and normalizations, preparing your dataset for statistical tests, visualizations, and in-depth analysis.

Webinar: Qlucore Omics Explorer. Pathway analysis using GSEA

15:00 - 15:30 (CET), 09:00 - 09:30 (ET), 06:00 - 06:30 (PT)

Gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) is an excellent method to quickly identify sets of genes such as pathways and other lists of variables that are enriched in a data set. The program provides a flexible framework for using the built in GSEA Workbench and it allows the user to easily select publicly available sets of variables or manually curated pathways, for instance from the Molecular Signature Database. This webinar gives you a short introduction on how to find relevant pathways for your genes and other variables of interest.

Webinar: Qlucore Insights. A New Approach to Lung Tissue of Origin Identification

15:00 - 15:20 (CET), 09:00 - 09:20 (ET), 06:00 - 06:20 (PT)

Identifying the tissue of origin in lung cancer samples can be both challenging and costly, especially when relying on traditional diagnostic methods. Qlucore Insights (RUO) with the Lung Model offers a new approach by enabling a streamlined FFPE and standard RNA seq–based workflow for classifying samples into 19 clinically relevant subgroups. This powerful tool can support pathologists and researchers in determining the tissue of origin for metastases found in the lung. In addition to tissue of origin classification, the webinar will also introduce the platform’s capabilities for molecular classification and gene fusion detection—key components in modern cancer analysis pipelines. This session provides a comprehensive introduction to Qlucore Insights, including a live demonstration of the Lung Test. Attendees will gain insight into how the solution works, how results are presented, and how it can be integrated into existing laboratory workflows.
