Detroit, Michigan, October 3, 2022 — Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc., (OTCPK:AITX), today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Robotic Assistance Devices, Group (RAD-G) has launched efforts to provide OEM system-level components to specific industries and clients outside of the Company’s existing security services industry footprint.
To support and lead these efforts, the Company has named Ravi Gade as RAD-G’s OEM Program Director. “I am pleased to welcome Ravi to the RAD team,” said Steve Reinharz, CEO of AITX. “Ravi is an accomplished business builder that has been part of the RAD and AITX orbit for some time. I believe that Ravi leading the RAD-G efforts of placing RAD’s hardware and software in new markets has significant potential.”
“I am excited to be joining forces with the team at RAD and AITX,” said Ravi Gade. “I look forward to applying my experiences in business development and AI to secure RAD-G’s inevitable position in providing exceptional OEM solutions.”
RAD-G’s initial product offering is RADPack Milli, a FPGA (field programmable gate array). FPGAs, like RADPack Milli, can deliver superior performance in deep learning applications where low latency is critical. FPGAs can be fine-tuned to balance power efficiency with performance requirements. Devices currently offered by RAD-G’s sister company and AITX wholly owned subsidiary, Robotic Assistance Devices (RAD) are powered by components closely related to RADPack Milli. These integrated solutions from RAD have received wide acclaim and have been honored with multiple awards within the security services and #proptech industries. RAD devices have the ability to autonomously detect and respond to instances of trespassing, loitering, the presence of firearms and more utilizing its advanced human, vehicle and other situational detections.
RAD-G will initially promote RADPack Milli in the EV (electric vehicle) charging station industry. According to recent reports, the number of public charging stations in the US has tripled since 2015 when there were fewer than 32,000 and is projected to reach between 800,000 and 1.7 million by the end of the decade. At the beginning of 2022, the Biden administration launched a $5 billion five-year plan to improve electric vehicle charging network infrastructure.
“The team at RAD and RAD-G has been in development of RADPack Milli and other FPGA, system-level, plug and play solutions for the past 16 months. Our plan is to offer EV charging station manufacturers a low-cost, add-on component to their existing charging stations,” Reinharz added. “RADPack Milli when integrated into a charging station will support up to four cameras, lights, speakers, and more. This will greatly expand the value of any charging station, providing much need security and safety features to an often vulnerable situation.”
“RAD has accomplished great things in the security services industry,” continued Gade. “With RAD-G we’re now packaging all the performance of RAD and making it available to OEMs in the EV charging industry and beyond.”
Pricing for RAD-G’s RADPack Milli has not been announced. Quantity-based pricing is offered along with a NRE cost (non-recurring engineering) cost. For more information, please visit radgroup.ai
RAD-G’s parent company AITX has filed for uplisting to the OTCQB. Future announcements will be made regarding the status of the OTCQB application. Detroit, Michigan, May 17, 2022 — Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc., (OTCPK:AITX), today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Robotic Assistance Devices, Inc. (RAD) expects to launch a product into the rapidly expanding residential security market that is based around its best-selling ROSA solution.
AITX indicated that the development project will utilize technology from its wholly owned subsidiary Robotic Assistance Devices Group (RAD-G), specifically ‘RADPACK-mini’ which controls the device’s power, communications, peripherals and handles much of its analytic processing. The second critical component of the upcoming residential solution is ‘RADCam’, RAD’s integrated camera that features sufficient processing power to drive complex AI analytics.
“We have been working toward this announcement for quite some time,” said Steve Reinharz, CEO of AITX. “The consumer market is hungry for the next wave of home security solutions, and RAD will be ready to deliver. The consumer has been led to believe that existing home security cameras are part of a ‘smart home’. Just wait until they see what a RAD home system can do. We are going to redefine the word ‘smart’.”
According to a recent study published by Global Industry Analysts Inc., the home security systems market in the US is estimated at $17.6 Billion in 2022.
The Company also confirmed that initial production will be in Q4 of this year, with a limited launch of between 1,000 to 2,500 units expected. Pricing, distribution, and other details to be announced at a later date.
“I also expect that we will adapt other devices from our commercial safety and security line to residential use over the next couple of years”, Reinharz concluded.
RAD’s parent company AITX intends to file for listing on the OTCQB within 10 days of filing its YE2022 10-K which is expected in May.

Henderson, Nevada, June 24, 2021 — Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc., (OTCPK:AITX), today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Robotic Assistance Devices Group, Inc. (RAD-G) is in development of its first generation ‘Compute & Control’ hardware controller with related software. This development will streamline cost, production, quality control, service and implementation times while increasing responsiveness and allowing for simpler integration of additional artificial intelligence based analytics in the future.
Dubbed RADCore, this new component will eliminate multiple processors presently used to drive all RAD devices. This component will be first used in RAD’s new ROSA270 device.
“This is a huge step for RAD-G, RAD and RAD-M as we integrate our proprietary AI analytics, autonomous response, and navigation technologies into board-level components designed in-house,” said Steve Reinharz, CEO of AITX and all related subsidiaries. “We anticipate a significant savings across a variety of cost categories,” Reinharz continued.
The company confirmed that this new compute platform will be integrated into all stationary and mobile security robot solutions. “RADCore opens the door for robust functionality across the RAD product line with features that we have yet to conceive. It’s really an entirely new platform for us to build upon. It’s at the core of what I refer to as RAD 3.0, the next phase of RAD,” Reinharz added.
Reinharz mentioned that RADCore is the first three R&D efforts that should create new streams of revenue for AITX under the RAD-G subsidiary. “This is a big step in our progress towards bringing transformational change to the $ 50 billion US security market,” Reinharz concluded.
