For me personally, the series was still enjoyable as an introduction into the world of Junji Ito, which I had never touched before this season. I know the animation suffered and the story was way too rushed. I don’t disagree, maybe I just have lower standards lol. But I did absolutely love the sound design, music, and voice-acting, so thanks for point out what the anime did right.
