Physgun has been fantastic—excellent connection speeds and a support team that's both responsive and genuinely helpful. They're consistently on top of tickets and always willing to assist.

I’ve been using Physgun for quite some time now and have never had a single issue with their service.

On the rare occasion that something needed attention, their team responded almost instantly faster than I could even click the live chat button. Their responsiveness and professionalism are genuinely impressive.

If I could give them six stars, I absolutely would.

Great service overall, with the support team being rapid and friendly with their responses. They've handled some of the most insane DDoS attack sprees I have ever witnessed very well.

You don't just get a server with a basic panel, but you actually get a whole lot of other features, especially on the Rust and Garry's Mod side.

Definitely a must use if you're hosting a gaming server.

As a 8-year developer, I've used many hosting platforms -- almost all of the major companies. None come close to Physgun.

For context, I'm currently hosting 2 Rust servers at their entry-level $20/Month plan.

The performance is unmatched. I've been able to host upwards of 100 players on my server, which has quite demanding plugins, with little to no performance issues.

Their features are amazing. Over my ~5 months with Physgun, they've added life-saving tools such as the live map, task scheduler, and wipe automator. All of these features have been released in an exceedingly polished state with minimal issues, which is super important when it comes to hosting.

Their customer support is great. Within 30 minutes of making a ticket about a niche issue (my server was displaying less ram than I paid for), I got a human response and an immediate solution. Their Discord is super friendly, and even has some fun non-invasive self promotion.

Everything is super convenient, and saves me tons of time. Some examples include:
- The ability to view detailed information about my servers on the homepage, including live player count, resource usage, and backup statuses
- Notifications for panel/server maintenance weeks in advance
- Ability to pop out a server's console to a separate, smaller window
- Full FTP access (amazing for plugin development)
- A server config editor that actually works correctly
- Automated updates (to your base server, modding framework, and even DLL mods such as RustEdit Additions and Discord Extension)

And they just keep adding more.

Overall, although Physgun isn't the cheapest option, I can confidently say it's by far the best. You get what you pay for, and in this case, the service is well worth the cost.

After my initial issues, the support team has now responded and fully resolved all problems. The server is working properly again, and everything that was previously not functioning has been fixed.

While the situation was frustrating at first, I appreciate that the team ultimately took care of the issues and provided a solution. Because of this, I am updating my review to 5 stars.

Support that actually cares and good hardware.

I’ve had a couple vps’s over some time with Physgun and well I have not had to use the support so I am unsure how it is but the fact I have not needed to use it can speak for the service. If the support is just as good as the service is I am sure they will answer every question that you may need answered. Thanks team!

Support is absolutely terrible

I've been using physgun for over 2 years now and they are miles ahead of every other provider. Their uptime is amazing, transparency with issues and maintenance is always there and their support is quick, accurate and in depth. I'll never use another provider. Anthony even reached out when I made the mistake of switching and helped me get a custom tailored package well worth the price. Cannot recommend them enough

This is a 5 star service for game server hosting, but only when their upstream DDoS protection is fully functional. I highly recommend Physgun, but please be cautious of this. Recent backend updates seem to be improving this

I've used Physgun.com for server hosting and found the experience consistently reliable. Setup is straightforward, performance has been stable, and the control panel is intuitive enough for both quick changes and deeper configuration. What stands out most is their support, when issues have arisen, they've responded promptly and resolved things without unnecessary delays or excuses. Billing has been transparent, It’s clear they value long-term customer trust over short-term gains, which is rare and appreciated.

Physgun is hands down the best when it comes to hosting Rust servers. Their panel is the best. Their support is the best. Their server performance is the best. They are so much better than all the competition and makes running a server so much less of a hassle.

Awesome server hosting, awesome service and support, if I can host it here I don’t even bother looking anywhere else! 11 out of 10, keep it up guys!

Constant stuttering with lag issues causing player discontent. The website has crashed multiple times when attempting to use it.

Server randomly stopped working with the support team claiming it wasn't on their end when no changes were made and the same schema works with other provider's services.

Their support team does reply quickly which is nice, and In the past the stuttering issues weren't as prevalent but at this point its too much to ignore.

In Every instance of trouble, They always pawn off your issues and throw you an FAQ with vaguely connected info thay doesnt always answer the specific question you've asked.

They are also consistently sub-par with their connectivity and will constantly have stability issues with their servers. 6/7 nights the last week, weve experienced some sort of connectivity issue.

Edit: I have resolved the issue and found an addon was updated which caused the issue. Though it is still very odd that the same configuration worked just fine on a Hexane development server but not physgun, why that is, is unknown to me. But seems like an issue.

The restart question is still very real, every ticket we've submitted in regards to our community is met with being forwarded a FAQ that hardly answers our questions.

As for connectivity, that is still a major issue. The server stuttering even with low player counts is still happening very frequently. It feels like we're paying through the nose for service that could be evenly matched by nearly any other major provider for better rates. So I've updated the review to reflect the response but still feel the service is not worth its premium cost.

Great support and the mods they provide are amazing

Quick and Resourceful, Lunaversity was great at support and even gave me a discount for my next game server renewal since a sale happened after I bought it.

Regularly experiencing connection issues / server interuptions, this naturally causing loss of players and frustration.

EDITED: It's been 4 weeks and still daily corruptions. Unbelievable.
