We're excited to announce that the 4th annual Rice Datathon, presented by Bill.com, will occur on January 28-29, 2022, coming back in-person (with a hybrid format) in Duncan Hall! We're proud to also invite students from the Houston area, especially Prairie View A&M and Texas Southern University, to compete in the Datathon this year!
We'll have interesting datasets and challenges for you to work on, recruiters and representatives from top companies (ex. Bill.com, Goldman Sachs, Google, etc.), tens of thousands of dollars in prizes and raffles, and amazing food and merch! There will also be various workshops available for you to participate in before the Datathon to prepare for the competition. See more information on our website!
Requirements
Include a description of your project, a 3-minute (max) video showcasing it, and a link to a github repository (remember to make it public!) of the project with all your code and files. If you're competing in the open challenge, remember to include your data sources as well.
