Hi Sarah, Im Jericca and Ive lived my whole life in Roatan as I was born and raised there. I think its SPECTACULAR that someone outside our islands has taken the initiative to write about our island and our history. I love your blog, its amazing, it truly is. You have a gift for writing, firstly, and secondly, I can see your love for Roatan which makes me appreciate and love my home all the more. I do believe there is still gold on the island as well, hopefully one day we get to meet and share the things we know about the it, it would be really interesting.
