What is an MCP server?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers provide a standardized way for AI agents and LLMs to connect with external tools, data sources, and APIs. We build custom MCP servers that let your AI systems securely access internal databases, APIs, and business logic. We built production MCP servers into our own products - Sugar and NomadSignal both ship with custom MCP servers we designed and maintain.
Do you work with government organizations?
Yes. We are a Canadian-owned company based in Kingston, Ontario. We work with federal and provincial government agencies on AI agent development, API integration, and custom software. All data stays in Canada.
What AI models do you work with?
We work with Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, Llama, and other leading models. We are framework-agnostic and choose the right tool for each project - whether that is LangChain, custom agent architectures, RAG pipelines, or direct API integrations.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Discovery takes 1-2 weeks. An MCP server or API integration runs 4-8 weeks. Larger AI agent systems with multiple integrations can take 8-16 weeks. We scope every project individually based on complexity.
Can you work with our existing team?
Absolutely. Many of our engagements are embedded consulting - we work alongside your dev team to implement AI capabilities, standardize tooling, and establish best practices. We can also deliver standalone projects end-to-end.
