Presented by Engineering Science Student Society (ESSS), Mechatronic Systems Engineering Student Society (MSESS), and Sustainable Energy Engineering Student Society (SEESS), the annual SFU Engineering Competition (EC) is held virtually this year and it's all about Accessibility!
The SFU EC is a qualifier's competition for advancement to the regional Western Engineering Competition (WEC), which streamlines into the national Canadian Engineering Competition (CEC). Winners of the SFU EC will advance to respectively represent SFU-Buraby and SFU-Surrey at WEC, and possibly CEC.
This year's competition will be spread over 2 days to accomodate the virtual nature of the competition and allows SFU students to participate globally.
